湖南是红色档案资源大省，文章基于文旅融合视角，阐述了现阶段湖南红色档案资源开发的基础资源优势，分析了湖南省红色档案资源开发所取得的成就和存在的问题，并据此探索出“了解用户需求，明确开发逻辑”“融入多元主体，构建动力体系”“开拓技术应用，优化通道生态”“深挖内容精髓，树立质量优势”的开发路径，以期发挥湖南红色档案资源在新时代的文化引领作用。

Hunan is a large province of red archival resources. Based on the perspective of cultural tourism integration, this paper elaborates the basic resource advantages of Hunan red archival resources development at the present stage, analyzes the achievements and problems of red archival resources development in Hunan Province, and accordingly explores the development path of "understand user needs, clear development logic", "integration of multiple subjects, construction of power system", "development of the technology application, optimization of channel ecology", "deep digging content essence, establishment of quality advantages", in order to play the cultural leading role of Hunan red archival resources in the new era.
